Be fair. It says (to anyone that's paying attention) that the product uses RSA for key exchange, and AES for encrypting data.
You really should try reading what I wrote, you trimmed out the correct data
not to mention the various method of using the hashes for encryption. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa387447%28VS.85%29.aspx has the documentation necessary to see the error of your statement.PROV_RSA_AES has RC2, RC4, and AES
So to anyone that is actually paying attention, it says nothing.
The question remains, exactly which algorithms are used?
