If this is a sincere statement and I am not being set for something
then its yes - I would be prepared to submit anything you suggest -
tell me more - and what is the subject matter - submission format -
does it have to be 'camera ready' - i.e. prepared in Tex or other
publishing language - Cheers - adacrypt.

After detailed reevaluation of the submission criteria [1], it is highly probably that you would be rejected (see my reply to robdevloper@xxxxxxxxx in this thread). Your reply above is the sad proof of this. Sorry for getting you hopes up at a journal publication.
