That depends on the deifnition of "correct". My own testing has
indicated that James' method is "correct" in that it does find
factors. It is also impractical in that it is slower than existing
exponential methods such as Fermat or Trial Factorisation.

James' current method (like all his previous tries) is too slow to be
of any practical use.
