Advice needed - re Disseminating My Crypto Research Work.

The writer has been working on a particular piece of crypto research
for nearly twenty years. This is the vector cryptography that has
figured in a few previous postings. I am not a cryptographer as such
but rather an enthusiastic amateur in cryptography. I am in it
because of the tantalizing mathematical challenge that it presents to
everyone. My career job (retired) is power engineering.
Like it or loathe it, this vector cryptography is irrefutably rock
solid cryptography and it is now as complete as this writer wants it
to be. To get to the point, what do I do now to ensure this work does
not become a wasted effort ?
Ideally, I would like to interest some academy, institution, crypto
laboratory or indeed any agency or group of individuals that will at
least record and archive it or better still, continue to develop it
and disseminate it so that it will be useful to others.
There are five ciphers to hand and each one can be mathematically
demonstrated as having unbreakable security. The ciphers are written
in Ada -95. The source code has been tweaked to perfection for the
last time.
I think the best chance of this happening is in America.
Any suggestions would be well received. – Adacrypt.
