I'm talking about step 7 to 10 in section 5.4.1 of RFC 5091. The way I
read it, those steps gives you a way to get 'w' from ('E', 'p', 'q',
'P_pub' and 'Q_id').
I think I might be confused somewhere where they use the same notation
to represent different things in decryption and encryption but I cant
find it.
