How can I decrypt a file having the CER/PFX file (key?!)

It may seem stupid to gurus, but I have no idea of any method or existing script or program to decrypt an encrypted WindowsXP-SP2 file

I found how to write the key in a file. Bon.. I did it.

Now I have my old encrypted files and the "key" file, copied on a new installed computer and I'd like to decrypt them

Any idea ?!
