I didn't find much content in there. There was a bit of what seems like
nonsense. A brief look at the diagram makes me think that the idea is to
have a number of generators running in parallel. One of them selects
one of the other generator's output bit to be output.

I'm pretty much clueless about stream cipher design, but I think such
ideas have been studied a lot.
