I have obtained a little red book and is encrypted except for the
first page. The book refers to Noble Grand. When looking this phrase
up it appears ti be related to Independent Order of Odd Fellows
(I.O.O.F). I have an emblem with the rings that would relate to the
I.O.O.F as well.
I am looking for someone to help me figure out what the book says and
the meaning of the emblem. I have place pictures online at

Looking at all of the images, it seems as if the only
"encryption" is the highly lossy one of collapsing
everything onto its initial letter, and preserving
case and punctuation.
Everythign fits, even the lists:
F --- [...]
S --- [...]
T --- [...]
being First, Second, Third.
Being lossy, there's no way to be sure you've recovered
the original, all you can do is make guesses.

It's an old freemasonry codebook. I don't know that they still do
this anymore. If I were you, I would go to a lodge.
The policy of freemasons and similar groups is not to help the "profane"

It doesn't sound like you know much about them, then.

Oh your right! A lot of secret societies help decode their secrets to just anyone who stumbles upon one of their books - that's how they keep their secrecy.

FYI the "not to help the profane" info comes directly from a Freemason manual. It also suggests the way to respond to repeated requests for further information is mockery.
