Yes. Most decent servers cope with it OK though.
My server news-server.wi.rr.com is showing it in full for some reason. Any
better news servers (that are free) that are stopping the spurge?
I'm entertaining the idea of a utility (simple as it is) to basically strip
the nntp-posting headers out of messages you drop in it's folder.. and then
generates a newsproxy filter file for those spurges...
