This should make the lives of the moderators much more interesting, I
suspect. One wonders how this post ended up here in the first
place...

And since I've seen this same threat in a number of newsgroups, it
should make the legal problems of supernews.com much more interesting
as well, as the other commercial news providers take note and take
action. "Sign up or else" seems like extortion to me.
