WinRAR from rarsoft.com . A freeware necessity in any case,
it allows you to encrypt files (with Blowfish ) when you compress
them.
Shell integration, too:
right click > compress file as... |choose RAR format |
go to advanced, click "use password" |
type one in... |
Whatever RAR-compatible end client you use will prompt for the
password
when you try to open it.
