Anyone with who is interested on developing a new bransch of ciphers,
that make crypto analyse rather redundant.
You seem to be travelling downward on a slippery slope. You began with a
fairly reasonable concept (the database-based permutation), since then your
ideas are getting increasingly pointless, and a waste of space.
Most people in the field of cryptologi would not find this feature
that exiting though.
I certainly hope we find it exitting quite soon.
So i guess the advice question is targeted more to people that use
miltitary crypto standards then public or academic crypto standards
where the analyse properties is very much part of the field.
And once again you demonstrate that you have no concept about cryptography.
