Re: comments on cipher please

Sorry, I cannot agree. The problem goes beyond your ability to explain
your cipher. Among other recommendations, most experts recommend that
you have to learn codebreaking before you can be good at codemaking.
If you want to take this advice seriously, you'd go study the state of
the art in cryptanalysis before seriously trying to design new ciphers.
(That may take several years.) Have you done that?

admittedly no i haven't, looking at heavily mathematical documents make my
eyes glaze over. meanwhile back at the ranch, some people, in fact a growing
number of people can not learn that way. they have to take something they
see and tinker until they get the appropriate results. this is why most
universities these days have what is called a PBL (problem based learning)
component, the course is the same, but you actually have to go away from the
lecture and put it to use and marks are given by how well you implement it.
this is my PBL. incidentally i have now found a decent RNG and am in the
process of 'plugging it in'.
