I do not know a solution where analysis of the
decryption process does not make it clear that there
could be a second sense to the message.

Thanks François,
I would think it would extreamly hard to make it look like there
was just one message, since you would generate the second plain text
message to fit what you would get decripting the cyper text with the
second key.
I like the idea of compressing the data, What about also adding
bit's of psudo-random data in as well....
