What's the point of the auto-delete? What if the file is on a CD or
god forbid I made a copy of it?

(I'm probbaly going to get some suggestions to write my own
program...which I would love to do if I knew any programming beyond
PHP.)

Well still you won't find a [credible] program that offers this because
it offers meaningless security.
