No, some messages were decrypted because Soviets re-used some OTP's.

I'm trying to make a small dedicated device that can be used without
any computer, and the frequency can be *much* higher. It's just faster
and more comfortable to use than a dice.
I have some methods to make it stronger-adding some entropy from
current temperature and amount of light to the generator.
For few digits almost anything is good, this is why I'm asking if it's
good for OTP-when it must generate more numbers.
I'm still waiting for more opinions, any help appreciated. Maybe
somebody knows some good papers about such methods?
