Diffie Hellman sessions

Hi,

In Diffie Hellman, the keys are supposed to be discarded at the end of
a session.

What are the risk if the keys are not discarded and reused for another
session ?
What if only one of the party chaning is key for each session and the
other one is keeping the same for each session ?
What are the risks if one party always use the same key for every
session with all other parties ?

Thank you
