Runs stably under Windows 98 / ME / NT / 2K / XP, the same Machine ID.
It requires administrator rights for Win NT/2K/XP to install the device
driver.
But with the device driver installed, it does NOT require administrator
rights to run the licensing code which was compiled in the library
SNKSDKVC.lib.
