I've seen you rant on about what constitutes an attack, and using that
criteria, if it suited your position, you could go on and on about how
good Dan Bernstein's method was. Particularly if it was you who
invented it. In that case, I'm sure your position would be a bit more
discriminating.
In fact, if that were the case, I'm quite sure that you would have
special words for anyone that said "Well it hasn't been used
successfully against OpenSSL yet".
Practical or not, and I suspect it is a bit more practical than you
give credit for, it is still a brilliant piece of work.
If only you could take credit for it, I'm sure you would agree.
