Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be anything out there that fits
that description. One good book is Biham and Shamir's _Cryptanalysis
of the Data Encryption Standard_, though it focuses almost exclusively
on differential cryptanalysis. As I recall, Lars Knudsen's PhD thesis
had a good introduction to a number of other modern kinds of attacks.
Other than that, the best I can suggest is to starting reading the
classic research papers in the literature (they're typically published
at CRYPTO, EUROCRYPT, and FSE).
