    I think you're SOL on this one. I can't think of a place where
    Akelarre would be used. And in fact the only time I saw anyone talking
    about it was in the paper that demolished it [could have sworn it was a
    Bruce paper...].

    You're probably stuck to checking out http://wiretapped.net or
    implementing it yourself.
