Hello everybody,
First of all, I must inform you that I am not a
cryptographer but a Information Systems Architect with some small
knowledge of the topic.
I stumbled over the following shortpaper while attending the IEEE /
Create-Net SecureComm 2005 Conference. As I read through the first
paragraph of the introduction, I smelled something fishy (or
snakeoilish for that matter).
As I do not have the pdf of the shortpaper, I scanned it from the
proceedings (sorry, just for research purposes). I put the three JPEG
files on some old webspace of mine :
My question: Good old "Snakeoil", or something else ...
Cheers,
Alexander Veith
