A QC with 7 bits has been made. A QC with 2 bits has also been made. The
algorithms it can solve are limited, but it is very good for simulating 4
level quantum systems with arbitrary energy levels, or two level systems
with arbitrary interactions. However, this can be calculated on a
conventional computer more rapidly than the simulation can be run.
