IDEA Algorithm Price

I am aware that use of the IDEA algorithm in PGP has been deprecated due to gh3y licensing issues.

But if I am going to make a product for people who are less than computer savvy I would like to make my product compatible with as many existing clients as possible, including the old PGP ones.

So I was wondering what the pricing would be.
