The link doesn't work.
If he speaks for Google then he should really make sure the link works.
If he doesn't speak for Google then who is he to copy their copyrighted
FAQ? At anyrate it's clearly a marginal service [if at all] because
they just redirect the URL. e.g.
lynx --head https://wifi.google.com
produces
