As near as I can make this out, lambda acts as the key.
Presumably some specific floating-point model must be
used. It isn't clear whether you envision this as an
iteration with time being the iteration variable, or
as a single computation. Anyway, it isn't particularly
secure; if you take the logarithm you'll see that even
the iterated version is a very simple function of the
key bits.

One wonders what requirement this attempts to address.
