I'd love to help you out, but I'm not a VB guy...so my knowledge on VB
libraries for crypto is extremely limited. They're definitely out
there -- I know that just from the brief time I spent browsing that
site I gave you yesterday...but as far as specific ones, I don't know.

If you ever get into Delphi, I'll be much better equipped to help you.
