You need to post a better description of the algorithm and the random
number generator. It would also have been better to check it out
before you tried to sell it and claim it has some kind of endorsement
from sci.crypt.
While I am not a full blown expert, I think most people at sci.crypt
would agree with my initial assessment of what you have described on
your web page - it doesn't look good.
