Hm, Saddam was a shoe polisher, he made it big, he knows business, he
protected trade in his country.
So HE WANTED OIL TO STAY IRAQ BUSINESS.
The multinationals (where gWb the HorRiblE comes in) did not like that.
So Iraq should not export, keeps their prices high.
