Do what the rest of us do. Ignore the regulations because when it
comes down to it... THEY DON'T CARE.
I've emailed the BXA before [3 years after I started giving it out mind
you...] about LTC and they didn't even reply. If you think you're a
target of the BXA or DHS then you ought to stop watching those
spook-hollywood-thrillers.
The government, unlike say the RIAA or MPAA has realized that the cat
is out of the bag and there is no point pretending like it doesn't
exist [and by "it" I mean cryptographic talent].
