I can't agree. First, forums don't recommend algorithms; people do.
Second, I haven't seen many people recommend RC4 lately; it is easy to
misuse, and a little tricky to use correctly, and there are distinguishing
attacks that render its security a little bit questionable. I generally
tend to recommend time-tested software, like OpenSSH, PGP, etc., or
standard algorithms, like AES (not RC4).
