This attack would be:
I sit outside your house waiting for your kid to play with your key fob (or
I just leave a receiver).
Before you head to work in the morning I playback all the received data for
your car in the hopes that one of them unlocks and starts it.
I drive away in your car.
This is a fairly classic man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack. Without 2-way
communication or a third party (e.g. clock) it is impossible to prevent.
