Ok then we're definitely talking on the same scale as bugging *every* church
in the US. Logistics are the problem, law has nothing to do with it. The
point is this, if we wanted France to spy on France, then French laws would
matter, instead we're asking the US to spy on the non-US, so only world laws
apply, and considering such illustrious events as

legalities are not a concern.

Here's where we differ sunstantially. I can't see where recruiting someone
from the US and sending them to Iraq would possibly have a greater effect
than recruiting someone out of the slums of Iraq that has watched their
father die at the hands of the Americans. Certainly there are more in Iraq
that fit that of any age, although I suspect that using someone < 10 would
be highly advantageous, most of the world hesitates about shooting towards a
child.
