Well, BOA in that state is, anyway. If you tell them you are in
Washington, there is no login information on any of the HTTP pages. You
get sent to an HTTPS page, which has the login form on it.
If someone is very bored, it might be interesting to try all states, and
see where they do it right, and where they don't.
