I cut and pasted my post before sending it. (long story, in a nutshell I'm
having trouble posting from the free NNTP servers I'm finding. After 10 years
with CompuServe they up and kill all of their NNTP servers without notifying me
by email or snailmail...) This process deleted the quote indicators for the text
from Simon Johnson's post. My post is in response to the above quote of Mr.
Johnson.
