[ANN] RaBiGeTe and RaBiGeTe GUI

    RaBiGeTe - Important update
The function to compute the discrete Fourier transform (used in the DFT
test) gives wrong results when the sequence length is of some particular
form (like, for example 4,671,488 bits) and the float type is used (which is
the default in RaBiGeTe).
The new version of RaBiGeTe includes the fast and reliable FFTW library and
many other improvements.

The versions for Linux and Solaris are no longer available because I don't
know how to include the FFTW library under those OS's.

    RaBiGeTe GUI
A GUI for Windows in now available.
With RaBiGeTe GUI the user can set all the parameters needed by RaBiGeTe
using a very intuitive and easy to use graphical interface for Windows.
