At their _threats_, perhaps. But if you're like Godfrey, and you
actually take it to court, you walk away a richer man.

Or does 1997 fall into the "short term memory" zone with which some
of the creakier a.f.c-ers seems to have problems?

(Not that I think the Godfrey decision was correct, but it _did_ happen.)
