Oh this is a totally legit endeavour... let's see
- 30$ per page ... the author must pay!!!
- All the previous contributors are Chinese.
- The papers available on the site are of amazingly low quality. Even
for non-native English speakers.
All this adds up to crank-science scam for the wannabe published.
If you want your papers [specially in the sci.crypt venue of crypto]
"published" just submit them to eprint.iacr.org.
