It doesn't matter if you call it a rule or method or algorithm. You can
call it measuring or determining; randomness or entropy. The measurable
characteristics of a source do not give us any figure as the minimal
amount of entropy. We've been over that many times and it absolutely is
synonymous with what I wrote here. The answer is not going to change.
