It is ciphertext from a reverse Caesar cipher. I cracked it with a
probable word attack - that is, I looked for the encipherment of common
words and word endings. The cipher preserves word letter patterns. That
is a big hint. And the ciphertext preserves the spaces between plaintext
words in the ciphertext! Another big hint.
Now I bet you can crack it.
