Try CrossCrypt with GnuPG keyfiles at http://www.scherrer.cc/crypt/
I am going to release a freeware GUI front-end to CrossCrypt in about
2 weeks time. It emphasize good key mananagement and practises for
crypto newbies (e.g up to 64 different AES keys for different
container files).
