the only thing I've found out there is Scheiner's Self-Study Course in
Block-Cipher Cryptanalysis, which looks great.

but there's gotta be something else out there, right?

is there any book, are there comphrensive literature review papers,
websites, etc. that detail general cryptanalysis, or even just
cryptanalysis for classes of crypto, like hash functions, public-key, etc?

I just find it weird I can get Wenbo Mao's "Modern Crypto: Theory and
Practice" book, Scheiner and Ferguson's Applied and Practical Crypto,
and the Handbook of Applied Cryptography which discuss mostly -graphy
and a little -analysis...

but I can't find a book or public resource that's about mostly
cryptanalysis and just enough -graphy to do the analysis.
