Encryption key length (RC4 and Blowfish)

Hi all,

I have a few doubts about the encryption key length.

If I am using 64-bit encryption does that mean that the key is 64-bit
long?

Second is, does anyone know anything about the weakness of RC4 and
Blowfish encryption algs?
