If I understand his web page, nothing on that page is "his" price list.
If I understand his web page, everything on that page is just the book
information and current price ranges he has scraped off Amazon pages.
In email he will tell you what his actual pitch for the books is.

Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I think he has explained himself
poorly in his newsgroup postings and on his web page but I am guessing
he is doing a far better job using english than I would using whatever
his first language might be.

But all this is just conjecture, and a little bit of info, on my part.
