Hi David,
Your asumption about the street name was wrong...
The neat thing about this kind of cypher is that if the text is long
enough, and the spelling is correct, then one could assume that the
seemingly random letters would be able to make many different
sentences. therefore within the following excample the 150^27
possibilities may spell out many different messages. Afterall the
letters all appear with the correct frequency just like this
appropriate childrens rhyme.
