You're probably right. Probably I over-stated the case. Let me try
to state it more narrowly: the use of plain-English in Bartosz Zoltak's
post failed to precisely and unambiguously make clear what was intended.
My best recommendation on how to fix that is first to learn how to state
it in the style and language of provable security.
Indeed, as you say, someone with sufficient proficiency and understanding
of the ideas and style and language of provable security may well be
able to explain those ideas in plain English.
