Does anyone recommend this book?
I just opened to a random point, and found this:
Until fairly recently, it was unlawful for average American citizens to
even own encryption technology. [p.28]
http://media.wiley.com/product_data/excerpt/89/07645418/0764541889.pdf
The statement is completely wrong. There was never any law
against American citizens owning encryption technology.
