Yes, those are useful resources. Not only have I already read
(and benefitted from) many papers on that subject, I've also written
a few of them myself.

Yes, here at Berkeley have experience with both RC5 and Skipjack.
Skipjack has several advantages over RC5, which is why I mentioned
Skipjack in my post.
