Well you should have a look at this:
"Implementing Elliptic Curve Cryptography", Michael Rosing, Manning
Publications Company, January, 1999
ISBN 1884777694

It's full of errors but gives a nice introduction to the subject of
implementing stuff.

More recently a book came along by the grandfathers of eliptic curve
cryptography:
"Guide to Elliptic Curve Cryptography"
Darrel Hankerson, Alfred J. Menezes, Scott Vanstone
Springer Verlag
08 January, 2004
ISBN: 038795273X
($59.95 on amazon)

Table of contents:

* Introduction and overview
* Finite field arithmetic
* Elliptic curve arithmetic
* Cryptographic protocols
* Implementation issues
* Parameter generation
* Appendixes: Sample parameters; ECC standards; Software tools
* Index
