But that means that every single page that shows the applet is going
to hit your server. If you get Slashdot or CNN to put the applet on
their home page, then you have to take as many hits as they do and
your server collapses unless it's enormous. That's not really a
Chinese lottery, IMO. A real Chinese lottery needs zero attention
from your server until someone finds a match (which in this example
means a 32-bit match), so your server can be very small.
